son se strale breek al deur
die
barste wat die mure skeur.
Gister
se huis staan nou verlaat
verwerp
deur erfling en nasaat.
As
dit net die huis sou wees
was
daar geen rede om te vrees,
want
dit is net 'n bar, leë dop
vanwaar
die lewe kan afskop.
Maar
die huis is bloot net 'n simptoon
van
hulle wat nie meer hier woon;
die
mure bars van harde woorde
en
die mense spat in alle oorde.
