tyd maar min,
so laat ek dan maar
liefs begin.
Ek gee die dag en
week aan U
en wyk nie van U wil
af nie.
Kom, en vul my met U
Gees,
sodat ek van U bewus
sal wees.
Laat alles wat ek
doen en dink en sê
wees soos U dit sou
wou hê.
Gee my dan ook
rustigheid
en vul my met U
heerlikheid,
en maak my woorde,
dade sterk
deur U Gees wat in my
werk.
Laat U Gees, wat my
bewoon,
my vol maak van my
kop tot toon.
Gee my diepe
dankbaarheid
oor elke ding wat U
besluit,
en neem my
moedeloosheid weg,
sodat ek U saak sal
kan besleg.
U is my God en Vader,
Heer;

neem beheer.
